Terms of sale

Version of 25 August 2026 — publisher: SAS G'TECH (Appel Un Geek), company number and registered office: [to be completed].

1. Purpose

gboost is a review-collection assistance service: NFC plaques, an assisted writing page and a dashboard. The service helps the end customer WRITE a draft review; publication happens on Google, by the end customer themselves, with the rating of their choice. gboost publishes, moderates, filters and collects no review.

2. Prices (incl. VAT)

NFC plaque: €9.90 incl. VAT each (one-off purchase, shipping included). Service: €9.90 incl. VAT per month, or €99.00 incl. VAT per year. Invoices state the amount excl. VAT and the VAT (20%). Payment is entrusted to Stripe; no card data passes through our servers.

3. Term and termination

The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period. The yearly subscription renews tacitly; a reminder is sent before renewal. Cancellation is done from the management portal, in one click, with no other formality.

4. Non-payment and termination — effects

If a payment fails, the service stays complete for 14 days. Beyond that it is degraded: the writing page stays reachable and keeps directing to Google, without suggestions. After termination the page shows “This link is not active”. Plaques remain the customer's property but only work with an active service; re-subscribing restores the service with no new shipment. The account stays viewable for 90 days after termination, then is deleted.

5. Shipping

Plaques are shipped by carrier to the address provided at payment, within an indicative [to be completed] working days. The order status (being prepared, shipped with tracking number) is visible in the customer area.

6. Withdrawal

Sale between professionals, concluded at a distance: the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. [Commercial clause for taking back un-encoded plaques within 14 days: to be decided.]

7. Proper use

The customer undertakes to offer no consideration in exchange for a review, not to solicit reviews selectively or deceptively, not to ask for a rating, and to comply with the “Good practices” page and Google's rules on reviews. Professions bound by their own ethical rules remain solely responsible for them; subscribing acknowledges that risk.

8. Voluntary act of the end customer (“Copy and continue”)

The text offered on the writing page is a draft, written with the help of an AI from the business's information alone, which the end customer may freely edit or ignore. By tapping “Copy and continue”, the end customer makes this text their own, of their own will: that gesture is a voluntary act. Neither the merchant nor G'TECH publishes anything; the choice of stars and the publication happen at Google, by the end customer, with no obligation and no consideration.

9. Liability, availability, governing law

The service is provided on a best-effort basis, with no service-level commitment. G'TECH is not liable for the content finally published by an end customer, nor for Google's decisions. French law; courts of the publisher's registered office. Contact: [to be completed].
