Role of the service: gboost helps a customer WRITE a draft review. Publication happens on Google, by the customer themselves, with the rating of their choice. gboost does not publish, moderate, filter or collect any review.

Review control procedure: none — reviews never pass through gboost; only Google receives them and applies its own rules.

No consideration is granted in exchange for posting a review, neither by gboost nor by the businesses using it (contractual commitment in the Terms of sale).

The text written by the customer is neither stored nor transmitted by gboost to any third party other than the clipboard of their own device.
